Smith's baby girl is called Dannie Lynn Hope in a tribute to her son Daniel and because he used to call her Mama Lynn. According to Stern, he and Smith have been in love for a long time and are planning to marry. The lawyer also said Anna Nicole and Daniel were in the same bed when Smith woke up and found him not breathing.
