Aaron Carter proposed to girlfriend Kari Ann Peniche last night in Vegas. The eighteen-year-old brother of Backstreet Boys singer Nick Carter and former Miss United States Teen reportedly plan to tie the knot sometime in the next six months. Carter, who is the youngest male singer to have four Top 40 singles, previously dated Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff.
