Britney Spears says since she's learned to elude the paparazzi, she's enjoying her second pregnancy much more than she did the first. While pregnant with Sean, the new mom felt trapped at home in order to stay out of the photographers' watchful eyes. She has since figured out how to avoid them. "I stayed in my house a lot during the first pregnancy because there were so many paparazzi outside. I didn't do anything," Spears says. "For this pregnancy I've found more creative ways to get outside. I take at least three thirty minute walks each day and chase my son around. I get pre-natal massages and my arms are getting toned by picking up Sean Preston all the time."
