Heather willing to settle for less than expected

Heather Mills-McCartney is hoping for a painless settlement to her divorce, and is willing to settle for as little as $10 million, even though she could have reportedly walked away from the marriage with $200 million. "Heather is satisfied with the $10 million deal being discussed," her friend told a British newspaper. "She was only too aware that she could have gone into battle for a lot more. But she is still devastated over the break-up and is not in any mood for a bitter legal row. She has no intention of putting up a fight. She is far too upset to even think about going down that road." Heather hopes to keep a reasonable relationship with her soon-to-be-ex for the sake of their two-year-old daughter, Beatrice. "Heather and Paul have been in regular contact since they split up in May," the friend also said. "They have constantly remind each other that Bea should always remain their number one priority throughout the finalization of their divorce."
