Britney Spears packed up her boys and took them to Vegas on Wednesday afternoon, where one of her bodyguards is accused of roughing up a paparazzo outside the Wynn Las Vegas. The photog claims he was shoved by Julio "JC" Camera on Thursday and accidentally bumped into Spears's son Sean Preston. Spears then allegedly began yelling while Camera tackled the photographer to the ground and began punching. A spokesperson from the Vegas police department confirmed that Camera has been issued a citation for misdemeanor battery, and that Spears had filed an allegation of battery against the photographer on behalf of Sean. In addition to these troubles, Spears's ex-husband Kevin Federline is reportedly concerned that she did not have his permission to take their children out of California. "KFed is demanding that she get back to Los Angeles because she isn't allowed to have the kids out of state," says one source. Another insider says, "Britney did not have written permission to take the kids out of state. She needs written permission and she never got it or alerted people she was leaving. I'm sure Kevin's lawyer...is mulling over how to handle this."
