Jessica Alba accepts Hef's apology

Jessica Alba has made amends with Playboy magazine after threatening to sue founder Hugh Hefner when a promotional shot for Into the Blue was used on the cover after she had refused to pose for it. Hefner reportedly sent a personal letter of apology to the starlet and pledged to donate money to charities of her choice. The letter made amends for "any distress unintentionally caused by the publication of [Alba's] photo." Alba said in response, "In light of Mr. Hefner's personal apology for Playboy's unauthorised use of my photo on their cover, I have decided to discontinue my claims against them."
