Gwyneth Paltrow was definitely impressed with her once-time fiance Brad Pitt's work in his new flick Babel. Paltrow attended the New York premiere of the film Tuesday and told the New York Daily News, "It's the best performance Brad's ever given." Paltrow even predicted the Ocean's 11 actor would be a winner come Oscar night, and said the movie "makes you want to take good care of your children." So much so, apparently, that the Proof actress skipped out on the movie's swank afterparty to be with her children Apple and Moses. Stars at the SoHo Grand event included Paltrow's friend Helena Christensen, Liev Schreiber, Famke Janssen, Jane Fonda and Gael Garcia Bernal.
