Hilary Swank and her agent John Campisi were caught canoodling in Italy, even though her camp recently insisted she was "not romantically involved" with the Creative Artists Agency worker. Strolling hand in hand in Lake Como, "she grabbed his head in her hands, pulled him close and kissed him sweetly," according to a witness. Campisi recently split from his wife and has not yet filed for divorce, although a source close to the agent says, "He wants to be with Hilary." The pair have also recently been seen hiking and dining together in LA and Santa Monica.
