A decomposing body found in Brentwood has been positively identified by the LA County Coroner's Office as that of Todd Kevin Wallace, the paparrazo facing battery charges in an incident involving Oscar-nominee Reese Witherspoon. The incident occurred last September in a children's amusement park when the photographer allegedly became angry that Witherspoon and her friends declined to be photographed. Prosecutors alleged the photographer struck a 5-year-old girl and pushed two park employees. Toxicology tests are being conducted to determine the cause of death.
