Hilary Duff is heading to New Orleans next week for the one-year anniversary of hurricane Katrina. The Material Girls actress will visit schools to deliver food and supplies, serve lunch at an elementary school, speak at a high school, and serve dinner at a camp. Duff has donated $2.5 million for hurricane relief through a non-profit organization.
